Inaugural Sydney coffee morning
We’re off to a great start with the whole Friday morning coffee thing. There was Sebastian (actor/screenwriter) and Gavin (of Servant of Chaos):
Katie (from over at Get Shouty) and Stig (who has just become a new father and not a ton of time for blogging. His dog has one though)
And finally, there was yours truly and Vando (aka Jason Recliner).
We solved the worlds problems and lauched a new website to help. Seriously. Gavin went back to his office and registered the domain. Stay tuned.
We also talked a bit about footy, about the culture of Sydney, and Sebastian pointed us some bloggers in SF who are reading their posts out at open mics. I so want to do that. Maybe not this post though.
And finally, since we’re the first Friday coffee morning on the ol’ international timeline, we thought we’d start a kind of virual wave out to the rest of you. But what? A challenge? A question? A painful reminder to you all of how great it is to live in sunshine and beauty? We decided instead to share a little peice of the surroundings of our first meeting space. So here’s a little gift to you, SF. Think of it as a postcard or the start to some kind of ongoing story. But either way, pass it on:

The address of The Lounge is Broughton St in Milsons Point. It’s directly across from the Milsons Point train station.
There are comfy couches which are a bit Friends-like.
