Hire this woman!

We have a cafe in the neighborhood that we go to almost every day. A while back, one of our favourite baristas left to do something else. We didn’t know what.

Then suddenly, last weekend, we were passing by a little restaurant we never go to when we happened to spot her working there! We immediately plopped ourselves down at a table and perused the breakfast menu.

Hello! she said when she walked over and then proceeded to write down our usual coffee orders.

Without asking.

And we all figured out it had been a YEAR since we last saw her.

    Fantastic. I LOVE people like that.

    Are coffee mornings still happening in Sydney Emily? If so, I may well become a frequent visitor soon…
